This article is designed to assist you in the process of Importing Historical Data, Exporting Data and Print Previewing your Data. The demonstration shows this being done in Mail Register, however, the process is the same throughout AccountKit.

This article is designed to assist you in the process of Importing Historical Data, Exporting Data and Print Previewing your Data. The demonstration shows this being done in Mail Register, however, the process is the same throughout AccountKit.
Importing Historical Data
Once you select Import Mail Registry you will be brought to another screen which will look like the one below. Follow the prompts to import your data.

In order for the import process to be successful, you will need to download the template and copy and paste your data into our template OR copy and paste the headings into your data and remove any headings that are not in our template. |
Exporting Historical Data
1. Exporting the Entire list
Once you have selected the Export action you will see this. Choose to save or open the file.
2. Exporting Specific Records
Select the Magnifying glass and type in the client group you wish to export. Fill in any other appropriate date and click search. Then repeat step 1.
Print Preview
Selecting Print Preview will download the Mail register and open in PDF format. This will show all clients unless you use the magnifying glass as shown in step 2 above to narrow down the search.
Note this functionality will not be carried forward to the new UI.
