What's New Webinar

Our focus for the month

After a busy 12 months, the whole team have taken substantial time to rest and recuperate ready for a new and exciting 2025. So the outcomes below are a little skinny this past month.

  • Account Reconciler (closed beta)
    • Enhancements
      • Enabled direct URL capability (ie. despite being in a frame, you can copy a shortcut and link to a specific account.

 

  • Correspondence Register & Email Extension
    • Enhancements
      • Continue working on refining all correspondence types with all notifications for consistency (there are a lot!)
    • Bugs
      • Extension - Fixed an issue that would cause the "share with" area to reload every times there's a change in full screen compose mode in Gmail.
      • Extension - Capture modifications to emails (including attachments) when sent without using insert from AK;  Includes option to save back an attachment to the DMS upon send.
      • Extension - Implement logic to prevent sent messages being saved as blank due to an invalid token.

 

  • Other 
    • Enhancements
      • Workflow - Enable the creation of multiple completed status in the status flows.
      • General - Rolled through global table logging for all modules for capturing bulk archive, unarchive and delete.
      • Annature & FuseSign - implement logic to prevent regular notifications due to a failed webhook event.
      • FuseSign - Enable new upload API for better performance with file uploads.
      • Simply the AccountKit Sign-up page including validation of location and phone number.
      • Subscription page - modified fields to make it clearer around minimum users and how impacted by a micro tier coupon.
    • Bugs
      • Fixed a bug that would cause user permissions not being obeyed in specific circumstances.
      • Fixed a bug that would in specific circumstances enable deletion of schedules in bulk from the client group page (only admins).
      • IEL - fixed a bug causing fields to wrap in the reports for large numbers.
      • FTC - fixed a bug that caused line quantity amounts to reset to zero.
      • Client - fixed a bug with the import process for updating client authorities including the update of partners and managers to XPM.
