Shared Toolbar - Collaboration (coming soon)
Soon you'll have access to a new collaboration icon on the shared toolbar. Think of it like leaving comments within a document, but it's available everywhere across all tools. You can leave notes, images and even mention people that will notify them in any way you choose. That way you have collaboration always in context. -
Go to Summary page for clients
Previously you only had shortcuts to the summary page for Groups, now we've given you direct access to the summary page for individual clients, accessible from the client list, global search and the top of the client detail page. Anywhere you see this icon...

- Removed the save button from the specific document editor area, as it just outputs as "document"
- Implement an expand and collapse icon in the sidebar including detecting screen width for appropriate width;
- Add two functions to the save button so you have the option to save and close, or save and keep working.
- Detect upon save-as for existing files and append suffix after the file name.

- Fixed a bug that was causing all TFN's to unencrypt upon loading the report pages, rather than just those in view (caused timeouts)
- Fixed an issue where clicking through from the table view, the number of records in the list wouldn't be the same (due to changes to the encryption methodology)

- PDF - When exporting an email, the “creator” of the record is shown as the sender… BUT it should be the actual sender. (eg. one employee drafts the email, then the partner reviews and sends). Also fixed for SMS.
- PDF - confirm all recipients are included “To, CC, BCC”.
- When exporting correspondence, the file naming convention is generic and unrelated to the item. New naming convention is: Email - 20250212 - Bull Family Trust - John Smith.pdf
- Re-establish the list export like we used to have for mail labels under the old UI. Re-establish the list export to excel based on what can be seen.
- General - Add ability to enter random phone numbers that don't exist in client records
