Connect Xero Practice Manager with AccountKit for client and contact information, while keeping AccountKit workflow jobs independent.
What the integration does
Start with your existing clients. Bring your XPM client information into AccountKit as the starting point for client groups, tools and practice work.
Keep the record consistent. Client information can pass between AccountKit and XPM, reducing separate maintenance. Time syncs to XPM; AccountKit jobs do not.
Give the client record more context. Use AccountKit to bring the related schedules, documents and correspondence around the clients your firm already works with.
Bring an existing client into the wider practice view
Start from the client information your firm maintains in XPM, then use AccountKit to organise the work and supporting records around it.

What it doesn’t do
AccountKit workflow jobs do not sync with XPM. Time does. XPM and the Xero accounting ledger are separate connections; connect Xero as well for ledger balances and supported journals.
Does this replace Xero Practice Manager?
No. The connection lets your firm continue using XPM alongside AccountKit. Client details and time can sync, but AccountKit jobs stay in AccountKit.
