Microsoft 365 (Outlook) integration

Capture Outlook correspondence in AccountKit and send email using your own account, keeping conversations connected to the client and client group.

Capture Outlook correspondence in AccountKit and send email using your own account, keeping conversations connected to the client and client group.

What the integration does

  • Capture the conversation. Push relevant Outlook emails into AccountKit so the correspondence sits with the client record.

  • Send from your own account. Send email from within AccountKit using your connected email account.

  • Give the team the client context. Keep captured mail in the correspondence register so the history is not limited to one person’s inbox.

Keep a client’s answer with the work it supports

When a client replies with information about their accounts, capture the email against their record so the next team member can find it.

  1. Receive the Outlook email

  2. Capture it against the client

  3. Find it in the correspondence register

What it doesn’t do

This page covers the Outlook email connection. SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams each have their own integration and setup.

Does this move our document library into AccountKit?

No. Outlook correspondence and document storage are separate connections. Explore SharePoint or OneDrive if you also want to connect your Microsoft document library.
