Slack integration

Send phone messages, client file notes and supported tool notifications from AccountKit into Slack.

Send phone messages, client file notes and supported tool notifications from AccountKit into Slack.

What the integration does

  • Share a client message. Send a recorded phone message to the Slack channel your team uses to coordinate the work.

  • Put file notes in context. Share the AccountKit client note with the people who need to know what happened.

  • Notice tool updates. Receive supported AccountKit tool notifications in Slack, alongside the team’s other conversations.

Let the team know a client has called back

Record the client message once in AccountKit and share it to Slack for the team’s next action.

  1. Record the call in AccountKit

  2. Share the message to Slack

  3. Coordinate the follow-up

What it doesn’t do

The integration sends supported messages and notifications. It does not turn every Slack conversation into an AccountKit client record.

Can Slack replace the client file note?

Keep the client record in AccountKit and use Slack to bring it to the team’s attention. That gives the conversation a destination without making the channel your filing system.
