Your Dashboard

Overview

The purpose of the dashboard is to give you a snapshot of the health of the data in your practice. What is upcoming, what needs urgent care etc. this way you and your staff can keep on top of things. It also shows the ATO Lodgement Statistics and a window into either BGL or NowInfinity.

 
Please note that this is split into the NEW v's the LEGACY user interface whilst we make available both UI's for customers. In time we will remove all references to the old user interface all together.

New User Interface

Summary Info

Summary info is a guide to what is happening in your practice and what needs to be actioned. There are practice statistics that show stats like how many active users you have to how many Xero files you have synced. There is also a Top 10 Actions list which will show you the most urgent of jobs within your practice for example entities on the ATO list but not in AccountKit.

This indicates the number of entities on the ATO list but not in AK and the number of entities in AccountKit but not on the ATO list.

This indicates the number of Correspondence emails ready to process

This indicates the number of Equipment Finance journals ready to post

This indicates the number of Annual Reviews due this week
6
 This indicates the number of Annual Reviews due this month
7
 This indicates the number of entities overdue for lodgement

 

 The ATO Lodgement Statistics

The purpose of this integration is to provide a snapshot of your current tax lodgement status whilst also enabling you to drill into that information. A side benefit is that we're able to compare the ATO Lodgement List with your own client list, update the lodgement dates and output exceptions so you know where there's any tidy up to be done with your client list within AccountKit or with the ATO.

E-Signing

The purpose of this integration is to provide visibility over the status of documents draft or sent for signature to your clients via our e-signing partners.

 

The NowInfinity Integration

The purpose of this integration is to provide a window into Now Infinity Corporate Messenger on your Dashboard so we can get an overview of key ASIC-related details without having to leave AccountKit.

The purpose of this integration is to provide a window into the key statistics for your practice on your Dashboard so we can get a quick overview of your financial status without leaving AccountKit.

Legacy User Interface

Summary Info

Summary info is a guide to what is happening in your practice and what needs to be actioned.
