Overview
The purpose of the e-signing functionality is to bring together a user's DMS integration which allows for the collation and selection of documents and one of our e-signing app partners Annature or Fusesign and having all the elements in one spot.
Further to this one-stop-shop approach we have the ability to utilise the connected XPM client details to allow for a quick selection of an entity and the relevant individuals for signing, as well as being able to monitor the status of the current documents for signing via our dashboard and more specifically, who has/hasn't signed.

The Status of your E-signing Envelope
Now that you've sent your document for signing you will want to keep track of whether it has been signed or not. To do that you don't have to leave AccountKit! We have several places where you can review your documents which have been sent for signing and how they are progressing:
The E-signing Dashboard
We've designed a dashboard where you can view every document you have out for signature and what has been signed all in one place:
To view the status of the documents out for signature head to your AccountKit dashboard. Scroll down until you find the E-Signing tile and where you have a current integration with one of our e-signing partners it will display the current documents. The dashboard will identify whether a document is in:
- Draft
- Out for Signature
- Completed
As well as being able to identify the status of the document, you can also confirm who has and hasn't signed from the icons displayed below each of the document names which operates on a similar traffic light system to the above stages.
The Group Page
You can surface a group's documents that are out for signature, to review documents that are out for signing head to the e-signing tab which will surface the documents being prepared or out for signing.
Reviewing a sent document
After sending out a document you can review the details of what was sent and who it was sent to from within AccountKit. As part of this we've included additional fields for reference purposes.
